Tried to submit two support tickets and they both gave me an error message. I’m having two problems. 1) Items in my shop are still displaying with SP images. 2) review count is not accurate. My reviews were at 174. I got two new reviews and still shows 174.
I’m also unsure my support tickets have been received. When it has to do with a scammer, it would be unfortunate if that seller keeps fooling people because admin is unaware of disputes.
